Harshit is with Kaplan... The Dream Come True

The day I heard about Kaplan when certain Engg students keen on acquiring a good score in their GRE and GMAT exams talked about, I went all into being a bit curious about what exactly Kaplan was. This was somewhere in the middle of the year 2006. Having known further after a small amount of researh, I found that Kaplan was the leader in test prep and admissions since quite some time. After carefully going through the course content, I understood what is it that is required to be constantly at the top. I started dreaming to be a part of the elite team, 'The Kaplan." It was the golden opportunity for me to have Kaplan in India and surprisingly in Mumbai as well. Lo...!!! what was dreamt of was going to be real when I received an interview call letter to be a part of "The Chopras", the official partners and sole provider of Kaplan in India. It was Anshika Mam who after careful analysis, selected me and thus my journey with Kaplan and The Chopras started . It was 22nd of May when I landed in the office and was welcomed warmly.

So my story with Kaplan starts here.....

Students of RCPIT, Shirpur.

This is just a matter of few days back when I along with my team had just returned after successfully completing the project in hand for Campus Train. As our karmabhoomi was none other than RCPIT, the famous institution in the remote yet developing town - Shirpur, in north Maharashtra, I know at least something about this institution. Truely world class facilities as this institution claims and provides, the quality of students here would match the same standards. The small place as it is - a metaphor - this is a harbor for major institutions imparting various courses for the students. The students, possibly form the major population of Shirpur.

As I was associated with RCPIT, I know a bit about the students of RCPIT. Out of many students here, some are really worth mentioning. The students here would be ideal for matching the maxim for NIKE which quotes - Just Do It. The students here have all the energies required to make them the most happening people in Shirpur. Possibly only because of this factor, I was almost perfectly stationed in a remote and rural countryside of Shirpur.

Out of the many things happening here, one of the most interesting things which I could never ever forget is the learning of VolleyBall. Thanks to all those students who were in this task of making me learn the basics of Volleyball. I am very happy to make a special mention of Mr. Bhargav Jha and Mr. Brij Trivedi, whom I proudly refer to as my COACH. Nevertheless, Mr. Bala, Mr. Parthesh Gaikwad, Mr. Bhuvanesh and many others played this game with a great amount of dedication that I would not believe that they were final year Engineering students.

Yet...... to be completed.

My Experience at Shirpur.

This is the front view of the most marvellous site in Shirpur. Shirpur is really emerging as an important place in Maharashtra. The speed with which the developement is taking place is mind boggling. This is just one view of it....

One thing that I needed to share with all the people who are reading this post is that while capturing this video, I was suffering from high fever and was coughing / sneezing intermittently. It was this captivating site of Shirpur that made me moving and made me feel a more energetic the moment I experienced its heavenly bliss.
